Information you submit
When you contact The Collectible Reserve, we receive the contact details, descriptions, photographs and other information you choose to provide. Please do not submit identity documents, banking information or unrelated sensitive information.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review and respond to your enquiry, assess whether TCR wishes to discuss a possible transaction, keep appropriate business records and protect the security and integrity of our services.
Private handling
Seller submissions are not published on the public website. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information to support this purpose.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary for their review, business recordkeeping, security and legal obligations. You may use the business enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.
