A submission is an invitation for TCR to review information. It does not create an obligation for you to sell, for TCR to purchase, or for either party to continue discussions.
Authority and accurate information
By submitting items, you confirm that you own them or are authorized to offer them, and that the information and photographs you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Review and offers
TCR may decline a submission, request further information or choose not to respond. Any price discussion is provisional until the items and relevant details have been verified. A binding transaction exists only when separately agreed by both parties.
Shipping and custody
Do not send or deliver items unless arrangements have been agreed directly with TCR. Shipping, inspection, payment and transfer terms will be confirmed separately for any proposed transaction.
Submitted content
You permit TCR to use the submitted descriptions and photographs solely to review, administer and respond to the potential transaction in accordance with the privacy notice.
